Minimizing Environmental Impact

We prioritize sustainable practices to minimize our environmental footprint. All fish is line caught or harvested by hand to ensure the preservation of our oceans.

Here at BSR we also emphasize what happens with the fish after being caught. We do what we can to utilize the entire fish, not just the fillets. More of the fish used means less fish being caught.

We take great pride in only sourcing high quality, sustainably caught seafood from our local fisherman - or when we are fishing it ourselves!

We love to see when the chefs we work with are equally as excited as we are about the quality of our fish and shellfish. Today we had the pleasure of bringing out @chefmarcog to show him a bit of how we catch and care for the fish that is being served to his guests!
That being said, stop on by @josephinesilverlake for some local Vermilion rockfish that is being caught the same day it’s served.

cooked Jumbo Crab Claw presale is already open at a discounted price of $22/lb!

The rest of the flash sale will open up on Wednesday at noon and crab claws will go up to $25/lb. We will also have pre made ceviche available so you can show up as the favorite guest at the cookout. We are seeing what else the boats will be bringing in fresh later this week to add to the flash sale on Wednesday! Give us a follow to stay up to date 🎆🤙🏼

note - orders close on Friday at noon and all deliveries will go out Saturday morning. We have implemented a $50 subtotal minimum to account for gas prices and to allow us to pay the local fisherman a fair price while keeping FREE delivery, thank you!
